HR & Operations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR & Operations Officer to support our growing organization in Lalitpur. The role blends human‑resources functions with operational and administrative duties, helping to streamline processes, improve employee experience, and drive business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and employee record keeping.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and performance‑management initiatives.
• Oversee daily operational workflows, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
• Prepare, review and maintain contracts, service agreements and MOUs.
• Assist in selecting, implementing and managing CRM and call‑center solutions.
• Monitor lead‑management processes and support sales‑related activities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and provide administrative support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, administration or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with HR software, CRM systems or ERP platforms is a plus.
