Junior Automobile Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Automobile Engineer to join our service team. In this role you will act as the link between customers and technicians, ensuring that vehicle repairs are tracked, inspected and delivered to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and technicians to provide updates on service progress and repair status.
• Conduct final inspections of vehicles after repairs or servicing to verify quality.
• Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and safety procedures.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of each job.
• Address customer concerns promptly and keep them informed throughout the service process.
• Support the service team in achieving operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile service, workshop operations, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
