About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Automobile Engineer to join our service team. The role involves coordinating with customers and technicians, monitoring repair progress, and ensuring every vehicle meets our quality standards before delivery.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with customers and technicians regarding service progress and repair updates.
Conduct final inspections of vehicles after repairs or servicing.
Verify that all work complies with company quality standards.
Prepare service reports and keep accurate records.
Address customer concerns and provide timely updates.
Support the service team in achieving operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile service, workshop operations, or a related field.
Good knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office.
