Junior Cashier – Billing & Customer Service

About the role

The Junior Cashier will manage billing transactions, cash handling, and customer interactions. This entry‑level position requires strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and a professional attitude when dealing with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, count, verify, and reconcile cash collections.
• Maintain daily cash records and prepare cash reports.
• Ensure proper cash handling in line with company procedures.
• Assist in cash‑management activities such as balancing cash drawers.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service and address inquiries.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑support or cashier role; fresh graduates with internships are welcome.
• Basic understanding of cash handling, billing, and banking procedures.
• Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
