Junior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join Gurkha Labs, a software studio focused on web, mobile and AI solutions. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in identifying and engaging potential clients, learning the fundamentals of sales and business development within a technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify businesses that could benefit from our software services.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Initiate contact with prospects, present Gurkha Labs’ offerings and understand their needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the senior team.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate with senior staff to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with potential clients and building rapport.
• Interest in sales, business development and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time‑management, organization and follow‑up abilities.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp for professional communication.
