Loan Processor

About the role

Smartmove Nepal is seeking a detail‑oriented Loan Processor to manage home loan applications from initial submission through settlement. You will work closely with partner lenders and internal teams to ensure each application follows established guidelines and delivers a smooth experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with processing and tracking home loans from pre‑submission to settlement.
• Analyze loan applications, organize and validate supporting documents.
• Enter application data into the aggregator platform and maintain accurate records.
• Formulate assumptions to aid processing and follow workflow instructions.
• Communicate with lenders to confirm loan details and resolve any discrepancies.

Required profile

• Performance‑driven with a commitment to excellent client experiences.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability to solve problems.
• Professional written and verbal communication in English.
• Background in finance or banking, especially home loans, is preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow workflow guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Office 365.
