Manager – Brand, Marketing and Customer Experience

About the role

The Manager – Brand, Marketing and Customer Experience will steer the overall brand strategy, marketing initiatives and customer engagement for House of SALT’s fashion, beauty and baby‑kids retail lines. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure a consistent brand experience across digital platforms, retail stores and community touchpoints while driving loyalty and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand identity, positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead marketing campaigns and social‑media strategy, overseeing content creation, photoshoots and campaign execution.
• Manage visual merchandising, store displays and seasonal in‑store campaigns to enhance the retail experience.
• Plan and execute brand events, influencer collaborations, loyalty programmes and community‑building activities.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, retail, digital and creative teams and coordinate with external agencies and vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in brand, marketing or customer experience roles.
• Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong project management skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
