Marketing Associate – Social Media & Email

About the role

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate to enhance our online presence across social media and email channels. The successful candidate will help build brand awareness, engage audiences, and maintain a consistent brand voice while supporting integrated marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging text, image, and video content tailored for each social platform.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community interaction on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.
• Research current trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content relevant.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone, style, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and video teams for cohesive messaging.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly and professionally.
• Plan, run, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns.
• Design and send email newsletters, promotions, and announcements; manage subscriber lists and track performance metrics.
• Support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across social and email.
• Prepare monthly reports on social and email performance to guide future strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media handling, content creation, or digital marketing (internships count).
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
