Marketing Manager (FMCG)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand and digital initiatives for a leading FMCG company based in Kathmandu. The role focuses on building the brand, launching new products, and driving consumer engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual brand and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan, manage, and control marketing budgets across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
• Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives from concept through launch.
• Build and strengthen the company’s digital and social media presence and drive consumer engagement.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns, content strategies, and online brand promotions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand decisions.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 marketing professionals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Proven supervisory experience managing a team of 4–5 members.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, branding, and consumer engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and campaign management skills.
• Ability to manage marketing budgets and multiple projects effectively.
