Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results‑driven Marketing Officer to join our team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on planning and executing marketing activities that promote our products, build brand awareness, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Coordinate promotional events, campaigns, and brand activation activities.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and support digital marketing initiatives.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of relevant marketing experience.
• Creative, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
