Mechanical Repair & Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team in Shivghat‑Bharatpur, Chitwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping our machinery running smoothly through effective repair, maintenance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues and carry out timely repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Identify opportunities to improve machine performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in repair and maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
