About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Support/Runner. The role involves handling travel documentation, financial paperwork, and on‑site errands to ensure smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Submit and collect visa applications and other travel documents from embassies or agents.
- Coordinate with travel vendors and maintain itinerary records.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for all travel and tour‑related activities.
- Visit banks for cheque collection, cash deposits, or withdrawals as instructed.
- Deliver and collect payment documents such as cheques, invoices, and receipts.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and vouchers to the finance department.
- Support in collecting TDS certificates, bank statements, and other financial documents.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial paperwork.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and motivated candidate.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive documents.
- Reliability in performing on‑site errands and bank visits.
