Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day kitchen and delivery activities at Khaanpin’s cloud‑kitchen in Pokhara. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures food quality, safety, and timely order fulfilment while driving efficiency across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage staff schedules, covering evenings, weekends and shift‑based needs.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to guarantee on‑time order dispatch.
• Monitor inventory, supplies and vendor relationships to avoid shortages.
• Optimise workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Analyse operational data, track KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Motivate staff, support training, and handle performance or conflict issues professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing daily operations in food service, hospitality or a related field.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and fair conflict resolution.
• Analytical mindset for problem‑solving and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional coordination.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Pokhara, including evenings and weekends.
