Plant Manager – Solar

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Plant Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of our ground‑mounted solar power plant in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. The role ensures safe, efficient, and reliable generation of renewable energy while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of the solar power plant.
• Monitor plant performance to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot electrical and operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Prepare operational reports, maintenance records, and performance analyses.
• Monitor equipment health and recommend improvements.
• Maintain availability of tools, spare parts, and consumables.

Required profile

• At least 24 months of experience in solar plant operation or a similar field.
• Strong commitment to renewable energy and safety.
• Ability to work on‑site at project locations.
