PMT Manager – Product Marketing & Technical Documentation

About the role

Accord Pharmaceuticals Limited is looking for a PMT Manager to join its Kathmandu Head Office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role supports product marketing activities through market research, competitor analysis, technical documentation, and cross‑functional coordination while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support product marketing strategies through market research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documents, reports, and marketing materials related to the product portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of product‑related information.
• Ensure all product marketing materials and documentation comply with applicable regulatory guidelines and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
• Assist in product planning, product launches, promotional activities, and lifecycle management.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product management and marketing objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports related to product marketing activities.
• Utilize computer applications and software relevant to marketing and production management to support daily operations.
• Perform other product management and marketing‑related responsibilities as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of 60 months (5 years) of experience in product marketing, market research, or related functions.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work on‑site at the Kathmandu office.
