About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Primary Grade Teacher to inspire students in Grades 1‑3 at Adhyayan School in Kathmandu. The successful candidate will create a supportive, engaging classroom where young learners develop academically, socially and emotionally.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop age‑appropriate learning materials and activities.
- Foster students’ intellectual, social and emotional growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback.
- Encourage active participation and creativity in the classroom.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with parents about student progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff for curriculum planning.
