Procurement Officer

About the role

Albelo Multi Trading is looking for a motivated Procurement Officer to support the management of procurement operations, focusing on technical documentation, user coordination, and project‑based sourcing. The role involves working closely with government agencies and both national and international suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with end‑users (government agencies) to capture technical and operational requirements for procurement projects.
• Translate user needs into detailed product specifications and communicate them to manufacturers and distributors.
• Prepare technical, qualification, and compliance documentation required for supply and delivery contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met across multiple active procurements.
• Facilitate communication throughout the procurement lifecycle, from inquiry to delivery.
• Conduct post‑delivery technical verification and acceptance visits at end‑user sites.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using MS Office.
• Travel nationally for meetings, inspections, and supplier visits as needed.

Required profile

• Motivated and technically inclined with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Understanding of technical requirements of end‑users, especially government agencies.
• Willingness to travel nationally for inspections and supplier engagements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
