Product Engineering Intern (3‑month paid internship)

About the role

Dataweav is looking for a Product Engineering Intern to own an early‑stage internal product for a three‑month paid internship. You will decide what to build, direct an AI coding assistant to write the code, roll the product out to the team, and iterate based on real‑user feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end development of an internal product for three months.
• Define what to build next and direct Claude Code (AI coding assistant) to generate the code.
• Onboard team members, drive weekly usage, and follow up with users who stop.
• Observe real users, prioritize fixes and new features, and document the product.
• Report weekly to both co‑founders on progress, blockers, and needs.
• Help decide at the end whether the product is ready for external release.

Required profile

• Final year of college (8th semester) or recent graduate in any discipline.
• Daily user of an LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and eager to learn Claude Code.
• Quick learner of unfamiliar tools without formal training.
• Strong interest in product building and user adoption.
• Excellent written English and ability to communicate with users.
• Self‑directed and able to work without a daily task list.

Required skills

• Claude Code (AI coding assistant).
• LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Cursor or similar AI coding agents (nice to have).

What we offer

• 3‑month paid internship with potential conversion to a full‑time role.
• 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, standard Nepal daytime hours.
