Project Sales Executive – Paints Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Executive to drive project‑based sales for a reputable paints company. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities across construction, residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project sales opportunities in the paints and construction materials sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and quotation preparation to order conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project owners.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, pricing, delivery, and customer requirements.
• Track competitors, market trends, and project activities to inform sales strategy.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and produce regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in project sales, preferably within paints or construction materials.
• Strong knowledge of the construction market and project‑based sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site project visits.
