About the role
Bhoomi Real Estate & Developers is looking for a responsible, proactive, and well‑organized Property Coordinator to support its real‑estate activities in Imadol, Lalitpur. The role involves coordinating with clients, managing office records, and handling property‑related digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain records, documentation, and day‑to‑day office activities.
- Update and manage property‑related applications and digital platforms.
- Manage and update the company’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Capture and prepare videos of land and buildings for promotional purposes.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, responding to inquiries professionally.
- Conduct field visits to clients’ properties within Kathmandu Valley.
- Perform other coordination and administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- Responsible, proactive, and well‑organized.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge.
