Regional Sales Executive – SME Business (Butwal)

About the role

The Regional Sales Executive – SME Business will drive Ncell’s small‑and‑medium enterprise (SME) sales in the Butwal region. You will act as the main liaison between the regional team, SME agents, and vendors to grow revenue and mobile connections for SME customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Regional Unit Head (RUH) and allocate resources for existing and new SME products.
• Visit high‑end regional customers, maintain relationships, and help resolve issues.
• Monitor competition, new technologies, and service requirements; report insights to the unit.
• Track RUH‑planned activities and performance against the roadmap.
• Lead SME sales activities to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
• Provide sales and product training to SME agents and brief RUH on new offerings.
• Prepare regular reports on SME sales activities.
• Monitor monthly sales plans of SME agents and ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with vendors to recruit and manage SME agents across regions.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and compliance with government rules.
• Collaborate with other departments for market surveys, ATL/BTL collateral, and payment processes.
• Collect customer feedback, complaints, and requests; follow up on resolutions.
• Suggest ideas to increase sales and services; promote self‑service channels such as USSD, E‑care, and mobile apps.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, Marketing or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s/Professional degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of the local market, competitive trends, and sales operations.
• Excellent coordination skills and a proactive attitude.
