Relationship Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to manage and grow our restaurant partner accounts in Kathmandu. The role involves regular communication, account management, business development, and coordination with internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Engage regularly with partners to understand their needs, support promotional campaigns, and ensure accurate restaurant information.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support partner retention.
• Prospect and onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline channels.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and contribute to commercial projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve partner issues.
• Communicate promotions, policies, and operational updates to partners.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, prepare performance reports, and conduct field visits as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driving licence for regular field visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
