Remote Night Shift Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Night Shift Sales Executive to join Code Mantra, an innovative EdTech company. The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and driving sales growth during night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable Code Mantra solutions.
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field (or fresh graduate with strong communication skills).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and self‑motivation.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM software (advantageous).
