Sales & Partnership Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Partnership Team Lead to drive growth for NepMeds, a digital health platform connecting pharmacies and healthcare providers across Nepal. The role combines customer‑facing sales, partnership development, and coordination with operations to ensure a seamless experience for pharmacies, vendors and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales queries and convert leads into active customers.
• Identify and approach potential pharmacy partners and vendors, visiting sites to build relationships.
• Onboard new partner stores and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.
• Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Pharmacist, healthcare professional, or graduate with strong interest in business and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable meeting people.
• Ownership mindset with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Passion for healthcare, technology and entrepreneurship.
