Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to support our Senior Management team in London with day‑to‑day restaurant operations from Nepal. The role involves coordinating with the London team, maintaining operational records, monitoring staff attendance, preparing reports, following up on daily tasks, and supporting various restaurant‑related requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support London Senior Management with daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain attendance trackers, ASPH, staff records, and operational reports.
• Monitor and follow up on daily tasks and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff and management in London.
• Assist with staff scheduling, leave records, recruitment documentation, and related tasks.
• Support stock management, supplier liaison, maintenance, and other operational needs.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for Senior Management.
• Contribute to improvements in restaurant processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and basic reporting.
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous restaurant/hospitality or operations experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
