Sales and Customer Support Intern

About the role

Vrit Technologies is seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Support Intern to join its team in Sankhamul, Kathmandu. You will engage directly with clients and users, gather valuable feedback, and assist in promoting the company’s SaaS solutions. This internship offers a hands‑on introduction to sales, client handling, and the tech‑driven business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and users via calls, emails, and messages.
• Collect feedback and user insights to help improve SaaS products.
• Support basic sales discussions, product explanations, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to share feedback and enhance customer experience.
• Provide support to new and existing clients.
• Create content for promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with clients and users.
• Ability to listen, understand needs, and convey feedback clearly.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a two‑wheeler.
