Sales and Customer Support Intern

About the role

Vrit Technologies is seeking a Sales and Customer Support Intern to assist the sales team and interact directly with clients and users. The role offers hands‑on experience with SaaS products, feedback collection, and basic sales conversations in a fast‑moving tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and users via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Gather feedback and user insights to help improve SaaS offerings.
• Support sales discussions, product explanations, and follow‑up activities.
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to relay feedback and enhance customer experience.
• Provide support to existing customers as needed.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with clients and users.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Valid driving license and access to a two‑wheeler.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
