Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Lake View Resort is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results‑oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event organizers, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate and travel‑agency sales to maximize room bookings and revenue.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the hotel’s business objectives.
• Prepare quarterly sales and marketing plans, reviewing financial targets.
• Identify new markets and potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and arrange site inspections and FAM trips for agencies and tour operators.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Maintain agency accounts, follow up on payments, collect cheques, and coordinate bank deposits per company procedures.
