About the role
The Sales and Marketing Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Kathmandu, promoting Shreenagar’s agribusiness products and services to farmers and partners across Nepal.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales activities, build and maintain customer relationships, and meet sales targets.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct market research, analyse data and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales strategies and prepare reports.
Required profile
- Proven sales, client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in marketing campaign planning, brand promotion and community outreach.
- Strong communication in English and local languages, with good presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or related field preferred.
Required skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse data.
- Organisational and time‑management capabilities.
