Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Officer will strengthen Diyalo Technologies' lead generation, client acquisition, and brand promotion initiatives. This full‑time position focuses on driving sales growth, executing marketing campaigns, and expanding market reach to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through market research, networking, field visits, and digital channels.
• Identify potential clients and develop strong relationships to increase customer acquisition.
• Promote company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and follow‑up activities.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Maintain and update customer information, sales pipelines, and activities using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Support brand promotion through social media, digital marketing, and other promotional activities.
• Prepare sales reports, marketing updates, and performance analysis.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales and marketing.
