Sales Associate

About the role

Pathao Nepal is looking for a dynamic, target‑driven Sales Associate to strengthen its Business Development team within the Parcel vertical. You will work on the ground in Kathmandu, meeting merchants and business clients to expand our parcel delivery network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business through field sales activities.
• Generate leads, onboard new merchants and business clients.
• Achieve assigned sales and business‑development targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and merchants.
• Conduct regular market visits to uncover new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• At least 6 months of experience in field sales, FMCG, or general trade.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
