Sales Business Development (B2B Tech)

About the role

ScaleBuild AI is seeking a full‑time Sales Business Development professional to join its Kathmandu office. You will be responsible for generating new B2B opportunities, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the sales cycle for AI‑enabled software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify high‑potential prospects in the technology and AI sectors.
• Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and networking events.
• Present ScaleBuild AI’s services, arrange discovery calls, and deliver product demos.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to strategic sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal product and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and support long‑term partnership development.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate market data and client requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with solid presentation skills.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in technology, software, or AI services.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities ethically.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
• Familiarity with sales pipelines and forecasting concepts.
