Sales Executive – Digital LED Advertising

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our Digital LED Screen Advertising & Media team. The role focuses on promoting and selling advertising space across a network of more than 100 digital LED screens located in Bhatbhateni Super Stores and other high‑traffic venues throughout Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, referrals and market visits.
• Visit potential and existing clients to present advertising solutions and packages.
• Explain the benefits of digital LED screen advertising and recommend suitable screen locations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, preparing proposals and quotations based on their requirements.
• Negotiate terms, follow up leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations/media team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising or media (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
• Two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred or required depending on field‑visit needs.
