Sales Executive

About the role

Asian Paints (Nepal) is seeking a dynamic and target‑driven Sales Executive to expand its market presence across key territories in Nepal. You will work directly in the field, building strong relationships with dealers and customers while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to boost product awareness.
• Analyse market trends, map the territory and develop strategies to increase market share.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers, ensuring transparent business operations.
• Respond promptly to dealer and customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Collect payments from dealers in line with company policies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Perform other sales‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience, preferably in consumer goods or paint industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently in the field.
• Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable plans.
