Sales Executive

About the role

ITTI Computer World Pvt. Ltd., a leading IT solutions provider in Nepal, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join its Kathmandu showroom. You will work directly with walk‑in and corporate customers, understand their technology requirements, and propose the right products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in and corporate clients, assess their IT needs and recommend appropriate laptops, computers, networking and other solutions.
• Generate, qualify and follow up on sales leads; prepare accurate quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Close sales to meet individual and team targets while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery scheduling and after‑sales support.
• Record all activities in the sales system/CRM and keep customer information up to date.
• Stay informed on product features, promotions, market trends and represent ITTI professionally at the showroom, client meetings and occasional events.

Required profile

• Proven sales and customer‑service experience, preferably in retail or B2B technology sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Basic understanding of laptops, computers, networking products and IT solutions, and a willingness to learn product details quickly.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, manage multiple client interactions and achieve sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good organizational and record‑keeping skills, including experience with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Higher secondary or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field is preferred; prior experience in the Nepalese IT/electronics market is an advantage.
