About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team, helping customers choose the perfect frames, sunglasses, and eyewear. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses and eyewear products.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing and ongoing offers.
- Maintain product displays and store presentation.
- Support sales targets and store performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide after‑sales support.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, fashion, eyewear or customer‑facing sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and approachable personality.
- Interest in fashion, eyewear and customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a retail team.
