Sales Executive – Paint Products

About the role

The Sales Executive will promote and sell our paint range across the Balkumari, Banasthali and surrounding areas of Butwal. You will be the main point of contact for dealers, retailers, contractors and painters, driving new business and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated territory.
• Visit dealers, retailers, hardware shops, contractors, builders, painters and construction sites on a regular basis.
• Generate new leads, develop existing customers and take orders.
• Explain product features, benefits, application methods and usage.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers and key influencers.
• Follow up on order delivery, outstanding payments and collections.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market trends.
• Collect market feedback on customer needs and product performance.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Support promotional events such as painter meets, contractor meets and product demonstrations.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports and market information for the supervisor/manager.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
• Assist with new product launches and communicate company offers to dealers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or sales & marketing, preferably in paint or construction materials.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop customer relationships.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Own a bike and hold a valid driving licence.
