Sales Executive – SaaS/VoIP Solutions

About the role

We are a fast‑growing SaaS/VoIP company seeking a Sales Executive to own the full customer journey—from first contact to signed partnership. You will work across the entire sales lifecycle, helping teams choose the right communication solutions while contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage leads and existing clients via phone, chat, and email throughout the sales funnel.
• Run outbound campaigns to qualify new business and uncover specific user needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, guide trial periods, and tailor solutions to customer requirements.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and resolve complex requests.
• Lead revenue‑focused projects that improve sales processes and scalability.
