Sales Officer – Full-Time, Butwal

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our team in Butwal. The role involves promoting our product range, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, delivery, and accounts functions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Visit client sites, architects, and interior designers to pitch products.
• Demonstrate products/services and close sales through face‑to‑face or phone interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via multiple communication channels.
• Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
• Follow up on payments and work with the accounts department for invoicing.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, maintain customer data, and generate daily sales and collection reports.
• Maintain accurate records of company vehicle usage and mileage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
