Sales Officer

About the role

Aircon Nepal is looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive growth of its HVAC and refrigeration product portfolio across multiple regions in Nepal. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of sales experience who are eager to develop strong customer relationships and achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers such as contractors, builders, architects, property owners, and dealers.
• Visit construction sites to generate qualified leads and gather project information.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals for HVAC products and services.
• Negotiate and close sales while adhering to pricing and profitability guidelines.
• Coordinate with dealers, channel partners, installation, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Expand business within assigned territories and meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Motivated, results‑driven individual with a passion for sales.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 months of relevant sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
