Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive online sales for Shepherd Holidays, promoting travel and tour packages to customers in Nepal and beyond. This on‑site position in Kathmandu combines sales, digital marketing and customer relationship management to generate leads and close bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through online channels.
• Generate leads, respond to inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Promote travel and tour packages via digital platforms and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Support online marketing initiatives and collaborate with the marketing team.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher Secondary (+2) education.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in online sales, digital marketing, lead generation or customer acquisition.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
