About the role

B2B Hospitality Nepal is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to expand its market reach within the hospitality distribution sector. The role combines field sales, marketing strategy, and client relationship management to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to promote and distribute products to hospitality clients.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase sales and brand awareness.
• Perform market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to generate leads.
• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports and analysis to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine techniques and achieve targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within distribution or wholesale.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness and ability to conduct frequent field visits.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
