Sales Officer – Liquor Distribution (Kathmandu/Pokhara)

About the role

We are seeking energetic Sales Officers to drive the growth of our liquor brands in the Kathmandu and Pokhara markets. You will be responsible for expanding our distribution network, building strong relationships with key trade partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell liquor brands across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, bars and modern trade outlets.
• Expand the retail and distribution network in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers/outlets.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure product availability.
• Monitor market activity, competitor actions, pricing and promotions.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy dealer relationships.
• Execute company sales and promotional strategies in the market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical market experience.
• 3–5+ years proven track record in liquor/alcoholic beverage distribution.
• Strong existing network with dealers, distributors, modern trade, hotels and restaurants/bars.
• Deep knowledge of the Kathmandu or Pokhara market.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
