Sales Officer – Reseller Sales

About the role

The Sales Officer – Reseller Sales will manage reseller relationships and support IPTV sales operations. The role combines portal administration, customer migration, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth reseller activities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage reseller portals, user IDs, and test IDs.
• Draft, maintain, and update reseller agreements and package names.
• Handle customer migration, including data upload and import.
• Provide operational support for the Vianet Reseller Portal and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare daily payment reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with technical, sales, and product teams to resolve reseller issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other channels.
• Manage IPTV promotional offers, billing adjustments, and service priority changes.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting using IOPS and Vianet IPTV panel.
• Investigate and resolve IPTV sales‑related escalations across multiple communication channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in support, operations, or a telecom environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with IOPS system.
• Experience using Vianet IPTV panel.
