School Incharge – Academic & Operations Manager

About the role

The School Incharge will lead the day‑to‑day academic, administrative and operational functions of Sathya Sai Shiksha Sadan. This role ensures a safe, disciplined and child‑friendly environment while coordinating teachers, staff, students and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily academic, administrative and operational activities of the school.
• Coordinate with teachers, staff, students, parents and school management.
• Monitor teaching quality, student attendance, discipline, welfare and academic progress.
• Implement school policies, procedures and academic plans.
• Maintain a safe, supportive and child‑friendly campus.
• Supervise teaching and non‑teaching staff and address their concerns.
• Organise examinations, school programs, meetings, events and other academic activities.
• Support teachers in classroom management and teaching standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of facilities, equipment and resources.
• Maintain records, reports and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate residential student activities and supervise hostel staff where applicable.
• Promote the school’s values, culture and holistic education approach.
• Report important matters to school management and perform additional duties as assigned.
