Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Finalist)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated CA Finalist to join our Biratnagar office. The role offers hands‑on experience across audit, accounting, taxation and advisory services within a technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support statutory and internal audits, including planning, execution and documentation.
• Prepare working papers, perform test checks and document audit findings.
• Review financial statements, evaluate internal controls and suggest improvements.
• Assist clients with accounting and bookkeeping tasks such as ledger scrutiny, reconciliations and month‑end closing.
• Prepare tax computations, returns and support tax assessments.
• Contribute to offshore accounting assignments and management reporting.
• Coordinate with clients and engagement teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting, auditing and tax regulations.

Required profile

• CA Finalist / semi‑qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ICAI or equivalent) with strong progress in exams; ACCA or similar certification is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, auditing procedures and basic tax laws.
• High analytical, numerical and problem‑solving ability with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity, professional ethics and commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and travel for audit engagements when required.
