Senior Account Executive

About the role

The Senior Account Executive will join The Laundry Bag Nepal’s sales team in Kathmandu, driving growth of laundry equipment and service solutions across the country. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and delivering end‑to‑end sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their operational needs in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare and facilities management.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate commercial contracts and ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to provide post‑sale support, resolve issues and maintain long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, track sales performance and maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports.
• Contribute to strategic planning and revenue‑growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or business development, preferably with industrial or technical solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to comprehend technical or operational requirements and translate them into practical client solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, including pipeline management and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; relevant experience may substitute formal education.
• Familiarity with the hospitality, healthcare or facilities‑management sectors in Nepal is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu and travel within Nepal for client visits.
