Senior Brand Strategist (Digital & Content)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Strategist to shape and amplify the personal brand of our founder across digital channels. You will design and execute content strategies that convert audience attention into measurable business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch founder‑led content plans for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Transform ideas, case studies and industry insights into compelling posts, videos, scripts and headlines.
• Create content pillars around expertise, client results, business insights and lead generation.
• Produce short‑form video (Reels, Shorts) and repurpose long‑form assets for each channel.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging and visual tone.
• Build and nurture online communities, engage audiences and identify potential leads.
• Track performance metrics (watch time, engagement, inquiries, booked calls) and optimise based on data.
• Collaborate with video editors, designers and marketing teams to deliver the strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand strategy, personal branding or social media marketing.
• Strong English copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Proven understanding of brand positioning and audience psychology.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse content performance.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and deliver results.
