Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

The company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to lead HR functions within its manufacturing facility in Ghorahi, Dang. This role combines strategic workforce planning with day‑to‑day HR administration, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end factory HR operations, including attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and workforce deployment.
• Monitor shifts, overtime, attendance and enforce employee discipline.
• Oversee labour relations, address grievances and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with Nepal Labour Law and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR/MIS reports, including manpower and overtime data.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, training and performance management.
• Coordinate closely with Production and other departments to align HR activities with operational needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of labour management, payroll, attendance systems and Nepal Labour Law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and people‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Ghorahi factory.
