Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to lead HR functions for a leading cement manufacturing company based in Ghorahi, Dang. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and supporting the factory’s operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes for factory staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Nepal Labor Act, Social Security Fund (SSF) regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Maintain and update HR information systems, generate analytics reports, and drive digital HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and resolve employee relations issues.
• Prepare and present HR metrics to senior management for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on HR or administrative experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nepalese labor legislation and HR compliance.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• HR analytics and digital HR tools.
